Rosneys was setup in late 1991 and has managed many residential developments in the intervening years, along with individual houses and apartments and some commercial developments.
The vast majority of the business has centred around residential developments providing us with a wealth of experience in that time. No two developments are the same, not even when they are located beside each other - they all have their individual attractions, problems and needs.
Rosneys has been fortunate in that we have quite a number of management companies that have stayed with us for many years - 10-15 years in a number of cases.
Key to our success is our reliable team of like minded professionals that enable us to deliver the level of service that our clients need and expect.
Most of us have been working together for a good many years and between us we cover the full range of services needed to run our developments.
We currently look after developments in Dublin City and County and also Counties Meath, Kildare, Wicklow and Waterford. As we expand into new geographical areas, new contractors come on board and new alliances develop with them.
